Yoga

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat.  Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.  In 2020, I accomplished a long-time goal and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with the Yoga & Ayurveda Center.  I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the opportunity to further my practice and to teach others.  In my classes, I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga.

I offer a variety of monthly classes ranging from chair to flow.  There are usually 12 classes per month with either pay as you go options or a monthly membership.  Monthly membership provides access to the members only video library which includes recorded sessions of the virtual classes plus some special members only videos.  Payment options can be found below; Zoom link sent after payment.  Membership entitles you to attend all the classes for one fee.  Most months there will be a surprise class added to the schedule!

Yoga by Donation

Zoom Yin yoga class on March 28th at 7 pm MST. Wanna join me? This class is donation based with the proceeds going to Hope of Deliverance, Inc. They are the rescue that I have been fostering pups with.
For those of you unfamiliar with Yin yoga, it is a slow-paced style of yoga with the poses being held for longer periods of time. You will want a mat and maybe a bolster or pillow for this class! Looking forward to seeing you on March 28th!
